^ great goal. very happy for him. see what can be accomplished with KHAYEH? sent away on loan for a couple seasons and there was talking of the club moving him on in january. I don’t remember stadiums in italy or germany making that much noise for serdar or taremi. bravo.

Eldor Shomurodov just scored the winner for Roma in their Europa League first leg match

Uzbeks have been playing well lately at the club level

These Brazilians who join UAE all the time are absolute goh. Nothing to worry about at all. So overrated. Their own youngsters like Yahya are 10x more scary. We will beat them easily, whether there are lots of fans or not. Real challenge is pesky uzbeks

Going to have a full analysis pregame like always of the squad.

I can tell you based on yellows in NK and Qatar games, Marcus Meloni is suspended vs Iran.

Did it hurt their club career for choosing tm?

It's not just tm choice, players make ultimate decision.
Dejagah only pickled Iran after Germany said no, so it didn't really impact him much. Ghoddos spent a few years in France and Premier league, not sure how much better it can get lol. Gucci was never the best at club level, so he was never going to get a big move.

Btw those players I listed, 2 of them have been interviewed by TM community, they said they would love to represent TM if the time comes. Stuckler has been to Iran before as a kid several times

Not saying to get everyone from abroad, but getting a cm like Milad Nejad from hamburg would be a nice addition to our midfield. Or stuckler who is on the cusp of a Serie A transfer. Even Sweden U23 goalkeeper Bishesari who is Iranian.

Maybe some of them will say no, but have we ever even tried? lol
