He has good connections in IR. He is also a bacheh hezbhi and one of their own, so they offer him shows to host and other jobs more easily than reporters who actually know how to do their jobs properly.

Watched his recent interviews & throughly impressed with how he is handling his job of late ..!
I especially enjoyed his interview with Majedi? The goozoo hapless clown in charge of IFF currently ..! Loved how he kept the pressure on him trying to explain his repeated massive failures with the bs sanctions excuse..! As if we haven’t been under sanctions for decades prior…!

I have never been found of Ferdousipour neither. He is the inventor of two things; a) football gossip in iran and b) that stupid and lame language he used for his commentaries which was copied by all other reporters in Iran.. عجب*گول نزنی شده ای علی دایی ... ای ای خیلی بد بازی میکنه چه گلی رو از ست داد ... what happened to that sophisticated and respectful Farsi language?

Makes perfect sense otherwise under normal circumstances this guy would not even be qualified to clean stadiums washrooms.

Let's just say if Rahbar said 2022 Omid Noorafkan > 2015 -2018 Marcelo at LB, Misaghi would continuously repeat this line despite the mountains of evidence leading to the contrary conclusion due to a lack of independent thought.
