Don't even bother. Their is a small group of anti skocic individuals who feel they can drown out the rest with noise. The hypocrisy is so obvious that the praise some for the exact things they criticize Skocic for. It's really "pathetic" to quote some of them. I feel it's more desperate and clinging on to a fantasy view of things.Originally posted by Babak agha View PostLol mind blowing really
Mind you others have valid arguments and of course understand their is 2 sides to every coin

I don't know namak but I do know this:Originally posted by DR Strangemoosh View Post"Small group" from one of the handful who was always against the coach who revolutionised our football in so many ways.
I'm sure any poll on this site will suggest who is the "small group" and who isn't.
The hypocrisy, the namak-nashnasi, is mind-blowing.
Let's not discuss any further. It is in hindsight and the results have spoken (sadly). He himself said that he did not win anything for the fans. I guess you know better than CQ too.

Lol LOL dude...Originally posted by perspolis#1 View PostSome of the people who continue to trashtalk CQ with names when he is gone will be somehow very upset when their favorite leaders are dead and people celebrate in the streets.
You can like CQ, you can say he is the best coach we've had yet (both I could agree with), but then going out of your way trying to kill everything that might even remotely put CQ in a disadvantage of a fairytale return... just wow.
I'm honestly super curious what you guys would do if your mom/dad did something or said something that would go against CQ. I genuinely am, no BS.
Again yes, CQ is 10000000x better than oskol Branco, but this doesn't make him God, nor my lord and savior. Especially now that he hasn't literally 0 to do with Iran or our football.

Not all Anti Skocic folks or Pros Cq supportersm are acting in this manner. So yes it is a small group with an agenda of name calling and bashing members or wishing TM Ill. I will allow you to determine which you belong too (using your term) as "pathetic" as that may be since its very clear who is in what camp.Originally posted by DR Strangemoosh View Post"Small group" from one of the handful who was always against the coach who revolutionised our football in so many ways.

I have no issue with criticism against someone. I encouraged it in one of the other threads where some pro-Skocic poster said "lets not criticise anything about Skocic and just enjoy TM". I had my own issues with CQ's choices. If Skocic is our coach in November, I still hope we do well and get out of the group . That is how a rational Team Melli fan acts. Either side name calling and wanting to have the " I told you so" over a success is why our country is the way it is today.Originally posted by Babak agha View PostLol LOL dude...

My problem is with certain people who only feel comfortable making points after someone is gone. I have commented on Azizi and Karimi doing this a lot recently about CQ because when he was at the helm of Team Melli, those two had their tail in between their legs and only came out after a loss. It shows weak character and insecurity if you aren't brave enough to say something to someone's face or face a response.

You bring up a very valid point. Most of the Skocic haters amplified their criticism calling for his firing after his first loss as well. I think my biggest issue is with those wishing TM failure just to see or hope Skocic is replaced. I don't understand this mentality since as fans we can be critical but should always support our team through thick and thing regardless if it's CQ, Skocic, Wilmots or Mayeli Kohan.Originally posted by perspolis#1 View PostI have no issue with criticism against someone. The TM players deserve our unconditional support at the end of they because they represent us!

I don't think there are more than 1 or 2 people on this forum that wish for TM failure just to get rid of Skocic. That would be a major self-own.Originally posted by O-ZoNe View PostYou bring up a very valid point. With regards to supporting TM players:
-unconditional support is a bit dangerous in this situation (I'm sure there are hypothetical instances where TM players could lose fan support)
-Supporting TM players is NOT the same as supporting the coach. They can be, and often are, mutually exclusive. I supported our players in WC 2006, but thought Branko was terrible, etc, etc. One must avoid the urge for blind loyalty to anyone (coach, player, bureaucrat) in the name of being supportive of TM.

I encourage everyone to watch, fully, the interviews by Ferdowsipour. My takes:
1- Adel has tuned into a rumor monger!! Very disappointed.
2- Taremi did not really say anything disrespectful. He was harsher, rightfully so, to IFF.
3- I want Skocic to stay even more. He had a very respectful and rational demeanor in he face of Adel just repeating rumors to get a reaction out of him.Sign this petition to show opposition to US/UK support for the Rajavi/MKO cult

When a TM players put on the jersey theybhave my unconditional support during matches. I will never wish TM fails or loses a match even if I dislike a player. That's what I meant.Originally posted by diz View PostI don't think there are more than 1 or 2 people on this forum that wish for TM failure just to get rid of Skocic. That would be a major self-own.

In another post I noted these folks are minority. I agree it's a few folks wishing TM lose.
