Ugh that sucks. Wish him a speedy recovery….needs to take his time and not rush it back. Hamstrings are super sensitive to reinjury so I will double down on nokhodi’s wishes and hope hull have a good medical team.Originally posted by ace_of_spades View PostTore his hamstring, out 4-6 weeks at least.Team Meli Iran

Fucking hell... He was the ace up our sleeve at the world cup. Missing the September camp + the time it takes to fully recover your explosiveness after a hamstrings injury means we will not have him at his best in the world cup and that is a shame since his energy is needed against the teams in our group.Originally posted by ace_of_spades View PostTore his hamstring, out 4-6 weeks at least.
Now more than ever we need AJ, Gholi and Ghoddos to get consistent playing time leading up to the world cup.

A lot of their players have been getting injured (Sinik, Traore, Seri, and now Allahyar), not sure if it's because of the intensity of the Championship or poor pre-match routines at the club.Originally posted by Nokhodi View PostKooft. Let him rest up and be ready for the World Cup. Bikhiale championship.

With shota, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s poor prep.Originally posted by Leicester City View PostA lot of their players have been getting injured (Sinik, Traore, Seri, and now Allahyar), not sure if it's because of the intensity of the Championship or poor pre-match routines at the club.

Well thats probably the worst thing that could have happened. The fact it happened so early in the half is also classic as players are just coming back from sitting for 15 mins and suddenly going into full sprint.
Shame but his place in xi is secure when he gets back, so from that sense its probably one of the better guys it could have happened to for us.
As for alafkeshadze, I still think his interviews are the most words i have heard per minute without actually saying anything meaningful. The guy is high as a kite but somehow the team is off to a very solid start this season.

well shitt.... :/ seems unlikely to make the WC traveling squad then...! he was sorta on the bubble even prior to injury anyhow..!
fk that Shahab's injury was a nasty looking one too and he has yet to hit back in his pre-injury strides as well..!
lets hope Gholi/Ali stay injury free and gain top form by nov..!

yea probably and the way he kept starting and frequently playing him full 90 every 3 days or so .... and considering the rather aggressive style of play in Championship and his own, it was sorta bound to happen .... !!? tbh, since late last season, i always sorta expected/dreaded such as shitt happening to him before the WC..!!Originally posted by Nokhodi View PostWith shota, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s poor prep.

He won't make it to the WC at this stage, torn hamstring is no joke. This is horrible timing, I feel like he was one of the few players on our team that would have remained calmed and not been emotional vs England / the US. He seems very mentally calm.
I don't think he will be at the WC anymore unfortunately..--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------
