I hope there was a deal worked out with CQ before this fiasco hit the fan. I mean, who is the alternative; an unproven and inexperienced, yet arrogant as F** Neku, or Ghalenoi, may be our old buddy Meyali Kohan. Let's roll the dice again. I'm feeling Lucky.

We don't learn our lessons. Between "Bad and Baatar," we tend to pick baatar! Idealism, at the cost of practicality, which usually ends us up in a worse situation that before.Originally posted by nisfejahan View PostI hope there was a deal worked out with CQ before this fiasco hit the fan. Respectfully disagree - Javad gets a ton of respect from these guys. He was a mentor and leader to a lot of them. Remember CQ said Javad was his best captain ever…..that means he had full buy in from a leadership perspective from his team mates and also has the strong personality that commands respect.Originally posted by Iran_19 View PostThe only local coach who can save this disciplinary mess inside the dressing room is Daei.
And that's stops there. Only disciplinary l!! Iranian coaches have no clue about tactic and adjustments during the game.

According to Tasnim News, Branko dismisses the rumors about him becoming coach.
Exactly, beat me to it!Originally posted by Hosseini View PostIf not CQ - Javad the best option by far imo
Young, good recent success, Iranian, authoritative, PLAYERS RESPECT HIM, lot of international experience that's quite recent, knows how to rally a team together, and assistant under CQ
Miles ahead of Skocic
I heard noorafkan crying in Esfahan all the way from my NYC apartmentOriginally posted by Abtin View PostAnd then we have skocic using the most useless player Noorafkan.. 😂
he knows he is not Qatar bound with the future coach whoever it is!

This is my strong belief about any hope of Iran not just for this WC but for building our future... Anyone who loves TM surely agreesOriginally posted by Keshwardoost View PostFaghad CQ
But it's really unlikely at the moment especially with current IFF
I'm not just thinking it might be Nekounam, i genuinely wouldn't be surprised if they do something crazy like appoint two joint coaches: Nekounam-Yahya, Mansourian-Nekounam etc....

He's 41 years old, but point well-taken. If it's not CQ, then I guess maybe Nekounam is the best option from our domestic coaches? I have no idea...Originally posted by Mahsaa View PostEverything is in favor of Nekounam it seems, i am seriously shocked, only CQ makes sense, 4 month only left. If i knew this i would have never asked to fire skocic, fire skocic and bring 35 years old Nekounam for WC ?

Don't be surprise that a deal has already been worked out with someone and what we are witnessing is just a show!!!Originally posted by nisfejahan View PostI hope there was a deal worked out with CQ before this fiasco hit the fan.
