مهدوی کیا که به صورت آنلاین در این جلسه حضور یافت عدم همکاری مناسب باشگاهها و در خدمت نداشتن بازیکنان در اردوهای مورد نیاز ، بازی نکردن و نیمکت نشینی بازیکنان تیم امید در باشگاهها و دور بودن از شرایط مسابقه و موقعيت ویژه تیم امید برای حضور در مسابقات این دوره از جمله عدم امکان برگزاری بازی های تدارکاتی به دلیل انجام رقابت هاى باشگاهی و محدودیت زمانی اردوهای تیم امید را از جمله مشکلات این تیم پیش از
حضور در مسابقات قهرمانی آسیا ارزیابی کرد.
همچنین مقرر شد با حمایت فدراسیون فوتبال تیم امید طبق برنامه های مورد نظر کادر فنی جهت حضور در مسابقات کشورهای اسلامی آماده شود و با تدارکاتی مناسب در مسابقات آتی قهرمانی آسیا و انتخابی المپیک حضور یابد.

The Konya that welcomed Rumi is not the same Konya of today. For one thing, no body speaks Persian there anymore. And not one of them can read it recite his poetry. And it is a very religious town. It is like Qom. Really if Mowlana was not buried there, nobody would visit it. Now I've never been to Naziabad but I couldn't last a day in Konya, so sick of islamic orthodoxy and even Turkish IR lovers.

Last time at Baku2017 , Iran U23 was not invited and Oman was there.
At home Azerbaijan team defeated Saudi, Algeria... and in the final defeated Oman (defeated Turkeiyeh in PK).

This year at home Turkiyeh will likely make it to the final.

*-U23 to attend KONYA 2022 with U21 team.
*-There will be only one training camp on July 23 then leaving for Turliyeh.
*-Mahdavi Kia Contract will end ( if not extended) on September.
*- Results of these 3 games will be a factor in his extention.

Nothing is new in this latest article except the fact that extention of coach contract will become an issue tied to the results .
Let's hope U21 will do well and impressive to silent critics and coach's contract extention won't become an issue.
Not living in Iran , coming 2-3 days prior to training camp will limit his choice of inviting new players.
Coach need to spend time in Iran and monitor leagues closely.
Not only he is not in Iran his two foreign assistants are also not in Iran and that will leave Shadidi ( coach) and Fatemi (Manager)

One reason Mahdavi Kia is avoiding TC is faith of his assistant Shadidi.
As in case of U17, U19 , TC will no longer accept any assistant coach without evaluating their qualification. TC members are against Shadidi but he has Mahdavi Kia's strong support.

according to Farsnews that online interview did not take place.TC cannot close AFC U23 file without coach report and will remain open .
