Our fullbacks are meh, CBs passing grade, but our CMs are garbage. None of them can make through passes, connect defence to forward well, etc. Ezatollahi was supposed to be that player and he went bust

I’d take anyone from City’s midfield.

KDB is obviously class but Rodri, Bernardo and Gundogan don’t get the full credit they deserve.

In term of style though, I think a healthy Verratti fits what we need in the mf most. Can both press effectively and dictate play from deep.

De Bruyne for sure. He is the best creative midfielder right now, and that the spot we are weakest at.

Older players, I would pick Zidan for the same reason.
