Why can't they just get Tajikistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Georgia none of them have scheduled friendlies for that period.

Alternatively play a friendly with China who has a friendly with Belarus on 15 November in UAE. So China can come to Kish Island play a friendly with Team Melli then return to UAE.

Equatorial Guinea plays Belarus in UAE on 6 November. So they can come to Kish Island after this match then return to UAE to go on their flight.

syria would be good enough test for many of the domestic hopefuls trying to edge it into the traveling squad..!! and i suppose a low injury, confidence boosting match pre-wc..! sorta of a last test match Carlito would opt for..!!

Uzbekistan plays South Africa (6 Nov in UAE) and Kazakhstan (16 Nov in Tashkent). Kazakhstan also plays UAE (19 Nov in Abu Dhabi).

Belarus plays Equatorial Guinea (6 Nov) & China (15 Nov) both in UAE.

Lithuania plays Iceland (16 Nov) and Latvia or Estonia (19 Nov) as part of 2022 Baltic Cup at their home turf.
