Iran has qualified to three consecutive World Cups for the first time in history. Incredible achievement.

Iran heads to the World Cup draws as Asia's #1 in FIFA rankings. Incredible achievement.

This is the real victory, not the match against South Korea away when Iran had already qualified with half the starters missing.
Also, the starters where key players. South Korea is much weaker without Son. That's just one player. We were missing our star players such as Taremi, JB, etc. Even Azmoun was, and still is recovering.

    Standings:
    Iran 25 pts
    South Korea 23 pts

We dropped 0 points against any of the four Arab teams in the group, something we have not accomplished before, which makes this more impressive because we're even topping our own records mentioned above. That makes it that much more impressive.

Iran will represent Asia as the best team.

This is the ultimate asian glory.

This thread is about celebration and positivity.

I will however open another thread at the request of other members to address the actions that are necessary to be taken to have the perfect squad for the World Cup. I'm already working on it, since it's very detailed.

Iran also has an outside chance to get pot 2 if Portugal, Senegal and Sweden don't qualify which is highly unlikely but possible.

Either way, this has been a perfect day considering that if Japan had won at home vs Vietnam, then they would've been number one in Asia, which now is our honor. Also, South Korea would've won the group had they defeated UAE, which they failed to do.

    Congrats!
Congrats all. Underestimate no one. Our hard work begins today!
