To all Iranians and non-Iranians who are dreaming about achieving their goal of having FIFA place a ban on Iran national football team (Team Melli), this is the message of support for Team Melli by Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi in 2014.
His message is exactly what the majority of Persian Football forum members say, that Team Melli belongs to all people of Iran.
Also majority of Team Melli squad have supported human rights and women's rights in Iran during their football career. They wish for gender equality in Iran and hope that all Iranian women can watch and enjoy Football when they will be allowed to go to the stadiums. 2022 World Cup in Qatar, is already a good opportunity for Iranian women to go to the World Cup and cheer for Team Melli. Please do not deprive Iranian women this opportunity to cheer for their team at Football's most prestigious event.
So once again, I appeal to you all to stop asking for ban on Team Melli for next month's World Cup or stop supporting such absurd malicious agenda. Thank you.

Sadly and unfortunately currently the main group that is pushing for ban on Team Melli is an organization called Openstadiums which was founded by disgruntled Iranian female Football fans who were not allowed to go to stadiums. Their leader does not use her real name due to safety fears. She is based in Iran and only known by the pseudonym Sara. Other founders already permanently left Iran and live abroad. The same group in 2018 were disappointed that women were not allowed to go to stadiums but in 2019 they were successful, I think there was one match versus Cambodia I think that women finally went to stadium and supported Team Melli.
In 2018 FIFA World Cup, this group's supporters had banners with messages for allowing women to go to stadiums. This year due to the incident that happend in Mashhad Iran vs Lebanon game, they have turned 100% against Iran Football completely, well they have every right to be angry but why turn their hatred on Team Melli players who support their cause!!!?
Anyways, next month is best opportunity for Iranian female football fans to go to stadiums in Qatar and take part in Football's most prestigious event. I really don't understand why they are so strongly pushing for ban and deprive thousands of Iranian female football fans the opportunity to be in stadiums.
World Cup is a good opportunity to pass on their message of gender equality and allow women to stadiums to the whole world. Yes, FIFA doesn't allow their banners inside stadiums, so what... they can show hold their banners outside stadiums and world media will notice them and write articles about it.Comment

Anyone who calls for the boycotting or banning TM is not
Iranian or is not a football fan or does not understand this: TM has nothing
to do with the regime. Success of TM is celebrated by the people
against the desires of the regime. Everyone knows the regime
does very little in the way of support for football and the budget
they allocate is so miniscule that it isn't even enough
for their kits. For 43 years they banned women from going to the stadiums,
now because they are so scared of people would chant against them
they PGL is played behind closed doors.
This regime is anti-football.
Every little success TM achieves
is by the people for the people.

Speaking of mighty preparations, Saudi Arabia just announced a four-week camp from October 17 to November 10 to be ready for world cup. They are scheduled to play five friendly matches before heading to Qatar.
Well, they better not to be the embarrassment of Asia this time. Last world cup their behind was kicked really hard by the Russians!!! 5 to zip!!Comment

The IR WC Delimma:
-Banning/Boycotting/Withdrawing Iran from World Cup would ignite more power to the protests. The only event for happiness/joy for our people not taking place will unleash more hate and anger topwards IR.
-Iran going to the worldcup and winning vs USA or/and England or - khoda nakone (az dide IR) - advance from the group would cause massive havoc of people on the streets and making IR impossible to handle it.
Preperation is the key. Plan ahead and iranians can make history in November.
