Fans wanted this. We are idiots believing iff is competent. We screwed ourselves royally. Now the Skocic supporters are starting to feel vindicated. No one said he was the best man for the job...but at least we had someone for the job who is better than most names being proposed.

He advises waiting until after the election, when the new president will choose a new coach.
To accomplish that, we must either stick with Skocic until the election or find a new coach until November, at which point we must find another.

The only thing clownish is what has unfolded in IFF in the past few years.

What he proposes is not crazy. Whoever is appointed now may not have the full support of the new incoming IFF president. He will be a lame duck manager and will continuously be on the hot seat. Either way, him not being appointed for 50 days will not break or make our World Cup. It's already been derailed unless we bring back CQ, who knows the players.

This is a totally different person than TM player. Gholizadeh is a pretty common last name in Iran and Ali is probably the most common male name. There are more Ali Gholizadehs out there.
