So let me get this straight.. Our national football team's preparation towards the upcoming FIFA World Cup is undetermined because a member of the IFF is not getting a long with others in the Board? This must be some kind of a joke. I mean it can't be anything else, it has got to be a joke.

Who set up these board members to begin with? As in, who put these people in charge in the IFF? Was it Majles? Because they're obviously not competent enough to conduct their duties appropriately.

IFF officials are incompetence and mostly corrupt.

Regarding this particular dispute:

*-BOD were united to remove incompetance Azizikhadem
*- Unity disapeared after new BOD got in Charge,
*-Few members (Including Barati & Seraji)were adamant to remove Kamranifar IFF Sec General who is loyal to Azizi Khadem, but Majedi delayed that decision.
*-Moving TM game to Mashhad was lobbied by Osouli and Kamranifar who are both from Khorasan. Fiasco at Mashhad further split board members.
*-Afer Trouble in Mashhad, one more time members attempted to remove Kamranifar. But Sec General to sabotage this process sent an Inquiry letter to AFC. FIFA regarding "recognized meeting of 2/3". As long as meetings are not recognized he can not be removed.
*-BOD can have meetings and decides some issues but not removing Sec Gen Kamranifar


These politics and dirty works undermined TM affairs and some of them they don't really care.

IFF BOD had a meeting this morning in Tehran to discuss, upcoming GA meeting and situation of TM preparation. Seraji controversial member did not participate in order to unrecognized the meeting.
Participation of 7 member is required.
Majedi, Osuli, Barati, Rezaeian, Afshrian & Heidari attended the meeting, to formally recognize the meeting Shohre Musavi attended via Skype.

Saraji conduct is unacceptable, if he has issue with others best is to attend and vote against decisions, he disagree but trying to sabotage this meeting (last week meeting was cancelled) only will give excuse to AFC. FIFA to resort to article 5 and appoint outside interference.
GA meeting is next month and all member there can decide fate of IFF officials and no need to invite AFC to decide.

There is a conflicting report that only 6 members participated. With only 6 members at meeting, decisions may be challenged.

*-Current board members are the same as before when Azizi Khadem was in charge since last IFF election.

*-All board members get elected with votes at general assembly and will be there till next election.

*-Next month general assembly will meet to decide fate of IFF president and set a date for next election.

best is to make sure GA meeting in June deal with IFF president issue and if they permanently was removed then try to have a better than last time ellection.

Hope all these BOD member removed but iMHO next ones are as bad as there crooks. That is story of IFF, dirty affairs.

There is nothing on the agenda here to elect a new IFF board of directors and president. Dismissal of the current board (item 14.2) could result in a federation with no BoD. This means that people who came up with this agenda did not think about certain outcomes that could result in no leadership with no plans to elect a new one. Items 3 and 6 namely "approval of the agenda" and "assigning a three member group to look at the agenda" could result in addition of "election of a new board and president" to the agenda but that means people need to be nominated on the spot. It is not clear whether GA could extend to the next day if necessary or a temporary board and president could be elected until the next GA in a relatively short period of time (I don't know what statute says about such scenarios). We shall see.

These people's knowledge of and experience in organizational governance is way under par.

*-In agenda is suggestion of dismissal of BOD members ( 5 -Majedi, Osouli, Barati, Seraji,Heidari. Idea is in case AKH stay he cannot work with these BOD members and it is tacit affirmation that their action of suspending AKH was against the rule.

*- GA has authority for dismissing AKH & BOD and appoint (vote) for temp replacement till election but it is unlikely.

This is unchartered territory for players involve and will be a messy, confusing and nasty politics.

Let's not forget, GA members mostly are as corrupt if not more than those in charge

Last time when GA member voted (election) they were 89 but 85 voted.
Since then, some members has been replaced but allocation is basically the same and most are expected to vote.

2- اعلام رسمیت جلسه و تشکیل آن طبق اساسنامه فدراسیون.

14.1- اتخاذ تصمیم در مورد پیشنهاد و تصمیم 1400/11/28 هیئت رئیسه فدراسیون مبنی بر عزل موقت آقای شهاب الدین عزیزی خادم از ریاست فدراسیون موضوع بند یک ماده 37 اساسنامه.
14.2- اتخاذ تصمیم در مورد پیشنهاد عزل ارکان فدراسیون.
15- استمرار فعالیت ارکان قضایی حاضر (انضباطی، اخلاق و استیناف) تا مجمع انتخاباتی آتی.
16- تفویض اختیار به سرپرست فدراسیون جهت انتصاب سرپرست خزانه داری تا مجمع آتی.

ر بند 14 دستورجلسه مجمع عمومی فدراسیون فوتبال در شرایطی به اتخاذ تصمیم درباره پیشنهاد عزل موقت عزیزی خادم اشاره شده است که اعضای مجمع باید درباره رئیس معزول فدراسیون تصمیم بگیرند.
عزل عزیزی خادم در شرایطی به نتیجه خواهد رسید که دو سوم اعضای مجمع، این عزل را تأیید کنند.

همچنین در بخش دوی همین بند، به اتخاذ تصمیم در مورد پیشنهاد عزل ارکان فدراسیون اشاره شده است که از سوی تعدادی از اعضای مجمع پیشنهاد شده تا درباره عزل احسان اصولی، احمدرضا براتی، طهمورث حیدری و مهرداد سراجی نیز رأی گیری صورت بگیرد
.طبق اساسنامه فدراسیون فوتبال 89 نفر در مجمع عضویت دارند که البته با توجه به عدم تشکیل تیم ملی فوتبال ساحلی بانوان، دو نفر از جمع 89 نفر (کاپیتان و سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال ساحلی بانوان) کاسته می شوند و حداکثر اعضای مجمع در روز 10 خرداد، 87 نفر خواهند بود.
