It would be totally unacceptable if the technical committee of wrestling federation was manned by people with so low credentials. I dont get how football can get so mismanaged compared to other sports.

At least in wrestling when a khayemal asshole is brought in (Dabir replacing Khadem) he is at least as you say on a technical level aware and qualified, even if each interview he gives makes you want to assault him. He advocates strongly for the team, is deeply involved on technical level, with Dorostkar initiated many new young guys into the setup and phased out older ones. Net result is big success, even if IR handbrakes are still not allowing truly max potential to be achieved.

I think the pool of highly qualified people with regards to our football is smaller. There are bigger financial incentives than in wrestling as a result of sponsorships, fifa payouts so more thieves enter the mix. Of the qualified people we do have many have either been blacklisted (Daei) or when they are given a job (Kia) it is constantly under question and tools needed to succeed are not provided (Almost like people in background are trying to ensure his failure and removal).

I think this salary cap in many ways (maybe not in all ways) have benefited TM at least as money perversely enough seem to be reversing incentives in our sports. Oddly enough you get the true soldiers, or they stay and get to do their job when there is no money involved (for example Bana that makes like 1000 usd a month and is living as a mostajer). It tells us tons about what state our country is in and how it is managed!

So to sum it up it may be fair to line out the reverse incentive hypothesis:

- As more money is involved the more it effects the management and performances negatively

Rumor has it AFC/FIFA may consider appointing Transitional committee for a while.

صفی الله فغانپور در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ورزشی خبرگزاری فارس، در مورد نامه اخیر فیفا و ا اف سی به فدراسیون ایران و شائبه مطرح شده مبنی بر اینکه اگر بند یک اساسنامه اصلاح نشود، احتمال تعلیق فدراسیون و جایگزینی کمیته انتقالی به جای هیأت رئیسه وجود دارد، اظهار داشت:

نامه ای که فیفا و ا اف سی به فدراسیون فوتبال فرستادند، ارتباطی به اساسنامه نداد

. این نامه دو قسمت بود؛
در قسمت اول، آنها روند عزل رئیس سابق فدراسیون را تأیید کرده و آن را مطابق با اساسنامه دانستند. گفتند هیچ ایراد و اشکالی در این موضوع وجود نداشته است.وی افزود:

قسمت دوم نامه هم مربوط به اتفاقات بازی ایران و لبنان در مشهد است. آنها گفتند پیش از این روندی در ایران آغاز شده بود که طبق آن بانوان در ورزشگاه حضور پیدا کردند و این روند باید ادامه پیدا کند. تأکید کردند ما اتفاقات مشهد را بررسی کرده ایم و این مسائل خوشایند نبود. باید تلاش کنید همان روند آغاز شده در مورد حضور بانوان در ورزشگاه را ادامه بدهید.

در غیر این صورت امکان دارد با تشکیل کمیته ای این موضوع را بیشتر بررسی می کنیم تا راهکاری برای حضور بانوان در بازی های ملی و سپس بازی های باشگاهی پیدا شود.

این موضوع در حال حاضر بحث فیفا نیست و فدراسیون هم به دلیل اینکه 10 خرداد مجمع عزل رئیس فدراسیون را پیش رو داریم در حال حاضر نمی تواند به چنین بحثی ورود کند. اعضای مجمع باید در آن تاریخ در مورد عزل رئیس سابق فدراسیون تصمیم گیری کنند و پس از آن تاریخ هم در صورت تایید عزل وی، طبق اساسنامه 70 روز برای برگزاری مجمع انتخاباتی زمان داریم. فیفا این مسائل را به درستی رصد می کند و در جریان ریز قضایای فدراسیون فوتبال ایران هست

.وی افزود: اکنون بحث اساسنامه در میان نیست. اطمینان داشته باشید فیفا هم این فرصت را برای درست شدن تشکیلات فدراسیون ایجاد خواهد کرد و ما پس از برگزاری انتخابات بحث اصلاح ماده یک اساسنامه را در مجلس شورای اسلامی دنبال می کنیم. فیفا روی این موضوع اصرار دارد و فدراسیون هم اراده دارد بند یک اساسنامه در مجلس شورای اسلامی تصویب شود. هر زمان تشکیلات فدراسیون درست شود این اتفاقات هم خواهد افتاد.
