very much agreed, this team doesn’t have winning culture in their DNA. Good, competitive team on the surface level with good track record of player development but they flop way too much historically speaking.

Sardar’s next move should be much more about playing time than anything….wherever he goes, he needs to be a regular starter. This rotation roll of starting one game and then coming off the bench for 2 doesn’t work for him.

Let's not put all the blame on Leverkusen, even if some blame are legit. Azmoun is there since 1,5 year ago, was injured during 4 months, missed some good scoring chances (his shot against Roma should have been in for someone of his quality) while his competitors are also in bad shape.
No one will guarantee him a fixed starting spot with such performance except if he goes to a smaller club.
His playing time at leverkusen is not bad at all. You are dreaming if you think Marseille would be better, they would destroy him in no time

Can't put everything on the coach, team, teammates either. He surely lost confidence, he missed too many chances that already have scored much harder ones at Zenit!

Football 120 showed Azmoun highlights against Roma and Gladbach. Honestly some chances he had against Roma should have been in, some other looks very bad and amateur (several shoots on the middle to the GK, sky rockets..)

Let’s see if he can at least equal Azizi’s 5 goal season… Never been SA biggest fan but his time in Germany has been a huge disappointment. Wasn’t expecting a superstar but at least reach Alario (player he replaced) level who was good for 10-15 goals. Azmoun gonna close the door for Iranians in Bundesliga for another 15 years, continuing work of lazy Karimi.

They're playing Bochum, away, who will be fighting for their lives to survive in the BL. Bochum drew Dortmund a few weeks ago so it definitely won't be an easy match for Leverkusen.
