Don’t take it as directed just at you. I’m saying the criticism definitely intensified.
I agree he should have left Russia earlier but we all know leaving Russia isn’t as easy as we think it is. He wouldnt have even been able to go to Bayer if he hadn’t run away from the hotel.

His fitness has always been an issue. He even had a surgery at one point to fix it (around 2015-16). On top of that he has gotten Covid multiple times. He’s either more prone to it and/or is careless.

Let’s not deny he is incredibly talented, and while he hasn’t taken every step correctly, he’s in about as good of a place as he could be right now for his football (Germany).

      Sardar starting vs. Udinese.

"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

Azmoun, Schick, Hlozek, and Diaby all starting together for the first time.

Wont be surprised if its a 3412 with either azmoun or hlozek operating as a 10.

        Diaby and Frimpong as wingbacks.

Sardar with a header off a CK, goes just wide.

Diaby shot cleared off the line, sardar clears rebound and makes nice cutback for schick who's shot is stopped by GK.

                Still 0-0.

Sardar with nearly an assist, pass was a bit behind Schick, but was good given the circumstances.

Almost beautiful assist by sardar for schick after strong build up play from leverkusen. Schick backheel at nearpost saved well by GK

Good signs that azmoun + schick partnership is developing well. They played much closer together and sardar nearly assisted him 2x.

I think even when wirtz returns there is good chance for Azmoun and schick to partner each other in either 442 or 352 formations.

Was that Sardar who flicked on that good header across the box from the corner towards the end too? Could have had 3 assists.

How schick hasn't serious offer after last season?

                            Feisty friendly this.

People can shit on Sardar’s personality and his “immaturity” all they want. However one strength of his personality is that he is a very warm kid. Meaning he loves to play around and have fun with people. That in itself is a strength when joining a new team. You can genuinely see his teammates truly like him. The same can be said when he made the transition to Zenit.

Had exactly the same thought whilst watching this game. It’s the same with Saman at Brentford, Taremi at Porto too.
