Sardar Azmoun is currently struggling with a cold. A mission against VfL Bochum could therefore fall through the water for the striker. However, it is not completely written off.

“Azmoun is still questionable to this day. He has an infection. We'll see if it lasts until Sunday. And if so, for how long,” said Gerardo Seoane, coach of Bayer Leverkusen, in a media briefing on Friday.

He’s been in Russia so long, his immune system has forgotten cold viruses outside of Russia. He’s like a Native American who is being introduced to Europeans for the first time.

Sardar has been preoccupied for a while now with a lawsuit in Russia by a women who alleges she has a child from him which he has denied he is the father all along!.
Apparently she is asking for substantial financial support. He needed to attend to a court order in St. Petersburg, to undergo some medical (DNA testing)! He was reluctant to do that and the court has indicated it may rule in his absence. It would probably be better for Sardar to settle this case quickly and get on with life. And it costs some money, so be it!

This is all true? I thought it was just some BS rumors. These type of women are sneaky, they’ll do anything for money. She got him good, if that’s truly the case... I’m sure this is not super uncommon in Russia / Ukraine given that they literally have mail order brides.
