WOULD BE SURPRISE IF WE BEAT THEM 3-0 no

UAE made semifinals under their Italian manager Alberto Zaccheroni. UAE are a different team under Bert van Marwijk... Not saying that we should take them lightly, but lets not beat around the bush or be politically correct, they are NOWHERE near that quality they previously had under Zaccheroni. Again, not saying we should take them lightly, but their results against previous opposition definitely suggests they aren't are strong as they were in the 2019 AC with all due respect.

Most likely UAE are going to sit back with the idea of looking to play on the counter and we are going to have lion's share of possession. The key to victory is unlocking UAE defense with quality we have, play through the lines, play wide and send accurate crosses into the box from wingers/fullbacks, take accurate shots from outside 18 yard box, don't get caught into their mind games, and whatever else you have to do against teams that park the bus.

The only thing that worries me is that they had a better preparation than TM. But I also had the same worry before the Iraq match. One interesting fact is that Ali Mabkhout played 94 matches for UAE and scored 77 goals. That's quite impressive. We should never underestimate a team that has a player like Mabkhout.

Anyone know why the match isn’t on Paramount Plus’s schedule?

Expect a typical rough anti-football display by UAE with the bus parked in front of their goal. Their priority would be to not concede at all cost.

Are other AFC WCQ on there? If not, then may only show up day of

Edit: I see Kor-Syr and Iraq-Leb, but not Iran-UAE. Let's hope it's just a technical/website oversight and it will be added soon.

I am worried that they may not be showing it for some reason.

It's so tough to be an Iranian these days. Actually all my life it's been that way unfortunately. Thanks to the IR

yea you're right . Both hardani and moharami are decent right-backs. skocic said that IPL players are not ready, which is worrying for me. Thank god we have lots of players that play out side of iran.

IMO a decent Line up against UAE would be something like this:
                            ---------------------Beiro-----------------
                            Moharami--Kanaani--Shoja--Noorafkan
                            --------Sarlak----Ahmad.noor-------
                            Gholizade---------------------V.amiri
                            --------Azmoun-----Ghaaedi-------------

But most probably Skocic will play hajsafi so it will be something like this

                            -------------------Beiro-----------------
                            Moharami--Kanaani--Shoja--Hajsafi
                            --------Sarlak----Ahmad.noor-------
                            ARJ----------------------------V.amiri
                            --------Azmoun-----Taremi-------------

                            ARJ on yellow
                            Taremi on yellow
                            Shoja on Yellow
                            Ezza on Yellow

I think he might surprise us and play Noorafkan as left back and Hajsafi in midfield. But we'll see...

Well lets hope for that to happen. As long he doesn't risk some players on yellow its fine for me.
