Not really, I personally like him, post alot about him even his wife when he was in Ahwaz.

He started to have problem with few players mainly Team Captain Jemaati , Few players sided with Mehrdad and that was end od Skocic in Foulad.

I think Skocic was not experienced enough to handle that conflicts early and then became late. It was not entirely his fault. Mehrdad won Championship even invited to TM but got injured and fade away much like Afshin.

Skocic was not failure in Ahwaz but failed to lead Foulad to better place.

He made many public criticism of Foulad managersand with that made it impossible to stay. He thought Esteghlal Job was an option.

Now he see Garshasbi as a capable resolute Manager, he dropped his demand, and back to the future.
Failure of Veisi was in no doubt byhim @ Foulad.

"Sasan played well for MIS last season as starter and was selected for TM U23.
Weeks ago he got an offer from GN to play Golgohar , During preseason friendly game he realized GN won't give chance to younger players so fat. He moved to Aluminium and played first official match. He was prevented by Khatibi to join U23 and IFF penalized him and Houshmand heavy funds and 3 games ban , Yesterday he showed his dissatisfaction of Khatibi and moved to Foulad.

Neko is new Coach of Foulad and just like GN he prefer older , experienced players and risk of not getting playing time remain.
Foulad has several good young U23 players and it will be wise of Nekonam to utilize these assets.

Foulad lost Frouzan, Niknafs, Aghasi, Ahmadzadeh and no new recruited of same calibre. Except Frouzan others who left Foulad for better opportunity even TM players regret their decision and are mostly on the bench.
Foulad was seeking U23 GK Rezaei to replace Frouzan but was blocked by Majidi (revenge not getting Hardani). Rezaei was starter for Peykan last season but will be on bench at Esteghlal , he should have leave if he wants to plat.

Unable to get Rezaei Foulad id trying Ibrahim Alma, He was Sepahan GK few years ago and is Syrian NT #1 GK. We will see him play against TM soon.

They only can get one Asian player , a GK. Their choice was to get U23 Rezaei from Esteghlal and Lebanon Striker but no time .
All their planning is for 6 months to a year when they have better options to recruite .
