Because numbers of teams varies in each group , for ranking of second team will not count record of 4th team as if all groups are consist of 3 teams.

BTW, shouldn't be easier to find friendlies against decent euro of south american teams for U23 than for senior TN?

It takes years of practice, hard works and training to reach U16, 19, 23 and all of players who make it start at early age.

Kor Is proud Turkmen and Hazbavi is from Hazbe Tribe . Both CB players started with U12 and now at almost 19 years old play for U23.
