and all the eggs are in one place for 2024olympic
we should not have any expectation ac22 or ag 22
but by 2024 this team shouls be rocking.
this stradegy is good for going to olympic
but it will kill alot of players not getting call up exposure
to int play which will hurtteam melli.

Yes there is clear pattern to the way they play under kia, unlike any coaches in u23 system before. Clear roles off the ball (pressing, where and when), clear instructions for how to build up and progress possession from the back, clear strategy for what areas of field to penetrate the box from.
They need time and more resources. #1 target is that all clubs should release players that Kia requests. They barely play them anyways.
#2 target should be organizing more consistent camps and friendlies.
#3 should eventually be getting something organized where the main players for this age group : Yasin, Allahyar, Hosseinzadeh, Delfi, Mohammad Mehdi Ahmadi who would be stars for this team in 2024 can all join and play some higher profile friendly matches together (vs likes of Japan, Aussie). Obviously this point will have to be done much closer to olympic qualification and after Qatar WC is done.Comment

As calculated earlier PGL W30 will end on May 29 when U23 team is already in Tashkent.
4th and the last Training camp in Iran expected to be during May22-28 while PGL is underway and hopefully clubs will release their players.
PGL W24 will be critical week for Naft MS as they are struggling to survive relegation with 3 players with U23 two of them starters.
U23 won't find any PGL opponent for friendly game may be a lower league team.
Final list to be published May 20 and final list on March 28.

Mahdavi Kia requested international friendly game before departure if possible outside of Iran.
According to team manager they are hoping an opponent in Turkey (not their U23).
Hopefully that may happen but it require at least 4 days out of 8 days training traveling. If that happens game must be on May28-29 so they travel from Turkey directly to Tashkent.
I think Turkey may not be best option. Opponents in group stage are Uzbek, Qatar and Turkmen and best is to arrange friendly with one of Iraq, Syria or Tajiks.
Mahdavi Kia left Iran for few weeks expecting Mohammadi with help of IFF will arrange friendly and last preparation.
Hopefully he will return early and monitor players and finalize remaning issues.
It has not been decided if Hosseinzadeh , Salmani, Rezaei , Khaghani will join this squad for Uzbekistan games.
