guess he got subbed out 67'
meh game today... was certainly more lively and into it in the second half than the flat and sloppy in possession performance in the first half...!!

Probably a few too many lackluster games by him now...Gotta produce a bit more to warrant keeping starting spot I think.

I think he was 1v1 ability was always not great but now it feels like his game is just so 1 dimensional. Look for thru ball, pass it back or square, occasional cross or long diagonal. There is basically no running in behind, 1v1 take ons, even less shooting than before. He may still rack up some ok numbers but that Brighton spell was just horrendous for him. Definitely doesnt look like he could score 20 goals again and get himself another move to a top 5 league or something.

OFC its still early and for a guy who hardly played football for 3 years it may take 6 months even in a crappy league to find former self.

and now they concede the winner to NEC on yet another swift counter
This time goal came from RW in absence of ARJ ...!!

NEC just came back down from 2-0 to 2-3 away at home in a hostile De Kuip. That’s pretty impressive for a promoted team…

              3-3 now
this league is absolutely void of any and all Defensive qualities
as an attacking player, you must be some shitt footballer if you couldn't amass at leas some 10 goals per season..!!

Total class-act as always. LOL at the hooligans hand gestures at him and his brilliant defiance towards them.

He deserves winning the classiest trophy of the year, not only in Holland, but rather worldwide!

Reading live reports of our games or our legionnaires on PFDC is like a roller coaster ride. Like the train either super slowly lifts or suddenly drops. It never has felt like a normal train journey on flat land.

ARJ Pre-assists, then scored a goal which gets overruled, then gives an assist, gets an 8 rating making him top 3 of his team, yet PFDC cynics rule their disapproval. Remember at the end of the day what matters the most, is scoring, winning, assists. The rest will be forgotten in a few months. Remember Daei? He was still our best goal scorer at his late footballing career when he was receiving enormous amount of harsh criticism from both fans and experts. Yet for years we could not find a replacement who could covert like how he converted even the last months of his TM games

The guy, Dessers, who replaced him scored again. This should be his 3rd or 4th goal as replacement.

One plus side is that the Dessers guys is a loan player, so as long as Feyenoord is winning, they don't have a good reason to bench AJ for him. However couple of losses or draws against weak teams and Alireza can find himself on the bench real quick with these sloppy ass performances and awful decision making.
