oribe and octavio are the best they got currently ... !! not all that refind in terms of vision and technique but they make up for it with good energy levels and hustle n non stop running..! when either of the 2 missing, then really struggle to dictate tempo and hold much possession..!
to play SC high press game, the other mfdrs need to replicate these 2 form and fitness and others simply fail to do so ... Oliverio used to early last season but his form took a quick dive late on..! that is the biggest reason why SC keeping Mehdi further back to pick up the slack, especially when 1 or the other is missing the game due to injury/suspension etc..!

Conceição, the Taremi drought and Liverpool: 'I dare say...'

Lol SC is a dirty mofo. Lets Marega start for half the season not doing s***. Taremi has been working his butt off for the team, playing out of position (so Diaz can pad his stats for a hefty transfer fee), and this is how SC repays Mehdi. Benches Mehdi when his confidence is low. And what has Evanilson done to merit a starting spot ahead of Mehdi? Terrible coaching to be honest.

It's okay though, Mehdi will fight and re-earn his starting spot. And the rest will do him some good.
