that chance was offsides anyways bc luis diaz made terrible decision to pass to zaidu who was off and not to taremi who was onsides and would have been clean thru on goal.

Didn't catch that Diaz' pass was off side, but I'm not surprised TBH. Diaz is a bit of a loose cannon in his play making.

Mehdi will most likely score less goal this season because Toni is pure inside the box finisher, so Mehdi is the guy who is doing what Marega was doing last year. Creating space, winning battles, pressing playing behind Toni.

as we saw last season there is a very fine margin between becoming champions and 2nd place finishers and SC's main job is to ensure that his team dont loose sight of their Championship goal and to keep his squad on their toes The Whole season through making sure each are performing to their maximum potential vs any and all opponents, supposed weak or strong ..!!
those nasty demeanors and backlashes and personal ehanats against his players and his often insane seeming sideline demeanor is in a way paramount to their overall success in the club in league and CL..!!
lets face it, as a club, Porto often punches well above their inherent squad quality levels and SC's overall leadership was instrumental in that success last season and probably going forward..!!

however there is a very Fine margin of error of Overdoing your complaining and nasty seeming motivational antics .... and the big issue is that if you cross over that thresh-hold too frequently and to extreme degrees and once you loose the respect of the overall locker-room then your fked and all shitt will go downhill with your job and the club's success real quick..!

SC imo, is flirting with that Fine Margin i explained above way too frequently .... but he is also pretty shrewd enough to check himself outa of it, once he calms down and regains his equilibrium mentally..!!
