The reason that Dutch teams don't go after Iranian players, even after Gucci & AliReza success has to do with 1. finance (Non EU salary is almost 900.000 a year in the Eredivisie and beside the top 5, nobody can afford this without external financial help) 2. they believe Asian level is poor and only buy Asian players that can bring in Sponsorships (Japanese, Korean, Chinese companies). 3. their just plain racist.

German teams have more money to spend and rather gamble on better (?) options, than a 50/50 chance a Iranian player will make it in their league. Let be honest, besides Mahdavikia not one of our players got in the starting line up for a whole season.
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

            @pajamNL
That has absolutely nothing to do with racism. This is the system of capitalism. We would do the exact same thing if we were in their position. At the end of the day, they get fired if they risk to choose the financially more risky alternative. Even if it turns out well for them, (because we know that we have many talented players), the choice to transfer Iranian players goes along with many headaches and less money in terms of sponsorships etc.
BUT, if they still manage to transfer many Iranians to Europe as seen recently, and the players succeed in Europe, then there will be higher chances of good and more transfers in the future.

Edit: Didnt see the numbering in your post. My bad! You are right with your explanations. Dont know about the racism part though. Why would they be more racist towards us than towards Japan, Korea etc.?

Non-eu salary is a 150% of the average Eredivisie salary which would be around 430.000 euro not 900.000 a year.

Regarding your point on Germany, Ali Daei, Dejagah, Hashemian and Zandi where fixed players and Karimi made decent minutes for Bayern.

Vahid hashemian was certainly a starter for bochum and 3rd in Bundesliga with 16 goals.

Fereydoon zandi was a key starter for kaiserslautern. Might have been their captain too. Can't remember that part.

Well that’s a pretty bad guess considering they have no issue signing many Moroccan, algerian, Tunisian youth that are all very certainly muslim and Arab.

Most of the sub Saharan African youth they sign are also muslim.

No, it seems being muslim is certainly not a deal breaker with regards to your Dutch clubs

Yup. Islam or being Muslim has nothing to do with it. A lot of these clubs are active in wishing their fans Eid mubarak etc. some of the best players ever have been Muslims.

It's just that Iran is (a) a pariah state, affects their relations with other countries and visa situation etc. (b) bad agents (i.e. pesar amoo)

Excepted/possible transfers before the window closes :

                              - Milmo : Forrest, AEK, Fenerbahçe are the last rumors
                              - Hajisafi : AEK
                              - Salimi & Asadi new clubs
                              - Ezatolahi & Azmoun potential league and/or club improvement
                              - Surprised move for Ghaedi and Mohebi

We also didn't have the traditionnal deceiving move from Euro to Qatar (Milmo?)
