Guys it is SHIMBA and not Chimba.. just FYI as many here call his name wrong.

It is Chimba i believe, CH pronounced SH in French, don't know about Portuguese though.

Depends how he wants it, i have seen the spelling(not for him)with CH for such a name .
I know he is Brazilian but as i said African players(which were colonized by France) or French or French Belge use CH for pronouncing SH. So it is not something out of no where, like Cheik Diabate who is from Mali(Ex French colony).
