That's a different argument and I agree, coaches sub players out early to save their energy for upcoming games. The notion, however, that players are told to "save themselves" ON the pitch, is absolutely ridiculous.

We were playing in a crappy pitch , and most of these players have been next to each other after 1-2 years . We have a new coach who is trying different formation and game plans in order to reach his optimum formation. You expect them to play Tiki Taka ???? They say if a team doesn't play for 10-14 days they will lose their chemistry, our team hasn't played next to each other for 1-2 years !

This is very unfair criticism they do so much for Iranian fans globally - they have every right to feel aggrieved like the rest of us. It is not good enough and blame not all has to go on the head coach. Whilst there may be no 'Tiki Taka' Did you see any tactic? Did you see any identity'? Did you see shape? Why did he not force for league closure earlier to play friendlies? Why has he allowed a technical director' who has 0 experience? Why is his number 2 only have 20 days caretaker experience at Dinamo? that isnt the podcast fault
