eFootball 2022 is free. It'll be released in different stages which is why they're calling the first release a "demo".

In my opinion, we are more likely to and much closer to land a licensing deal with PES than FIFA and more likely to see PGPL in PES than in FIFA. The players numbers are correct and as are their ratings IMO, we just need IFF to get licensing from Konami to add our players and potentially add PGPL league.
For now, I recommend using "option file" as there are some really good, very solid patches available to replicate teams in PES.

You can add the Persian Gulf League through patch.

Player ratings don't matter since they can be modified in game. I always edit the Irooni players.

It's gonna be free but you're gonna have to pay to unlock features in the game such as teams and competitions probably.

If I was a betting man, I would guess they have the official images and logos for the asian competitions and tm remains unlicensed. Similar things happened back in the day when they had the uefa champions league license and teams remained unlicensed. But I hope they somehow get around EA having the FIFA license.
