Anyone know why delfi isn’t in the squad for the match?

yeah. He had a slight injury (reported on Varzesh3) and will miss this game and possibly the cup match after international break. Its not major and occured in training yesterday.

ah okay thanks glad to hear it’s nothing too major. They still managed a win and are sitting in 1st place although Zagreb has 2 matches in hand and will probably leapfrog them tomorrow. 2 Iranians in the top 2 in the standings is pretty solid

He was on the bench for their game last week away at Dinamo Zagreb which they lost 3-2 and didn’t come on.

Their game today and their next game have been postponed, guessing Covid related.

injured still.This guy has been super unlucky w injury in his career so far in europe. A shame bc whenever he is fit he looks very good.

In mid december they said 6 weeks till he returns. So probably can expect to see him in Feb if he has no setbacks
