Not sure how reliable this but would be an astute pickup for porto. He still has enough in the tank to be a huge help to their passing game in deep midfield. On downside he is 34 so another pepe type signing (but we saw how successful that could be). Ideally they can get a younger player with similar attributes.

Morelos and Conceicao is not a good combination 😂 he was known more for his red cards at first but has calmed down slightly. The guy is a nutter though so maybe him and SC are the perfect match.

i agree, they are far more in need of reinforcements in MF areas ....but then again its was clear last season that this club likes to play on the Front foot and High Press in nearly every game (similarly to Zenit) as such they need at least 2-4 high energy levels Decent Strikers to avoid fatigues/combat injuries, suspensions etc..! besides they can always sorta convert an striker into a Winger Attacker if need be and they still havent quiet replaced Marega .... like Mehdi, the guy was a super high work rate khar-dough who was much more than your typical stationary Target Man..! i dont know anything about Morelos ? but perhaps he is similar sorta striker ?? also like Pajam said there may have been some early inquiries for Mehdi ..? they hardly have any more than 1-2 years to cash in on him if situation presents itself due to his already older age..!

I think whoever they get in is coming in to add numbers up top with Marega leaving. I can see Taremi and Martinez being the starting tow at the beginning of next season.
Porto need stregnth in depth which this season showed - they played a lot of games and blew out towards the end of the season and couldn’t keep up with Sporting at the end.

Taremi is just worried about Enayati and Borhani taking his place any rational person knows this! Everyone knows IPL strikers are better than legionnaires, proven facts since people were saying it in 1998 and 2006.

in a perfect football world we would have a camp with 3-4 planned games every year for our b team, giving these domestic guys a chance to play for the tm and show of for the staff.. like a mini tournament or so.. but i guess we should be happy if the A-team eaven gets a practice game before our qualifiers
