Those of us who have played regular league football albeit Sunday league or have been watching and following football all our lives we see a troubled club/coaching disaster/discrimination etc etc. This club is a player destroyer. Basically there is also a culture of bitchiness well established in there too. When ARJ joined it was so obvious you could see it on the pitch. lol

There was an incident a few months back involving Matt Ryan, aron connoly, and Neal Maupay since then chemistry within the team hasn’t been the same it seems.

Reflexwise he's great but the big teams + Burnley will use his height against him on set pieces

hes only going bc he is happy to be Leno's backup, not because hes an excellent GK.
Finding a quality reserve GK is hard. If they are too good (like Martinez last year for arsenal) they will eventually show it in limited mins and create serious problem for coach as to who is actually #1. Then if they are demoted again they will be rightfully pissed and want to leave.

On flip side, if number 2 is too weak you are screwed if the main guy is ever out (like liverpool are with adrian).

Ryan is a decent #2 profile bc he has experience, is solid enough, probably wont win you many points but on flip side wont be terrible if he plays once in a while.

I think Andy Naylor who normally is a reliable source for Brighton rumours and news mentioned that a loan move abroad for JB is still a possibility and a few articles around have mentioned he could be heading back to Eredivisie. In regards with Salar (whether or not he knows), I very much doubt he would be able to leak or say anything to anyone as it could get JB and his management into a bit of bother potentially. So I wouldn't be surprised if we just have to go based on the rumours and wait until something might be announced.

Ajax is about to sell Quincy Promes to Spartak, which opens a spot for Alireza.

As much as I hate the prospect of Alireza going back to a Micky mouse League and us having to resort to watching his games in 240p resolution, if that's the best offer he has to get regular playing time I hope he takes it.

Barring an amazing EL performance, unfortunately it does nothing to disapprove his doubters who think he isn't good enough for a top league.
