Not too happy about Malcom's injury. If you all remember, he was acquired before CL last year, however he was out due to a hip injury and did not play a single CL game. All Zenit fans were waiting to see what damage a Dzuba - Azmoun - Malcom offensive could to in CL.


Hopefully Wendel can pick up some of the slack in the midfield. He really only has 1 RPL match under his belt. Not much time to really get used to the team. It took Malcom a good 2-3 matches to jive well with Dzuba and Azmoun.

Club brugge is a team that will park the bus if needed. Can Azmoun cut the brakes?

Lazio is a solid talian team. They can defend. If he scores on them he shows he has what it takes to make it in one of the more defensive minded leagues in the Top 5.

Scoring on Dortmund will say much of the same for him if he wants to break into the Bundesliga. I think its his biggest challenge pedigree wise against those Centerbacks.

I wish that was true. Lazio's defence has been shit so far this season, and will likely be their main weakness for the rest of the season.

Only real piece of news is that Krugovoy starts instead of zhirkov in absence of douglas.

Good move by semak to trust the youngster who brings a ton of speed and offensive input to their left side.
