Just 1 mil for taremi?! Wasn’t the price tag before like 4 mil? Regardless he is a steal for that low of a price and can even be turned for a profit after 1 or 2 good seasons.
Team Meli Iran Perspolis FC Malavan Bandar Anzali

I think the article means sporting offer is 1 million below the price rio ave wants
If perspolis had any brains they would try to get 2-3 mil combined for the both of them, pay off their debts, and replace them with younger talents. Just in past couple seasons we have seen moghanlou, ghaedi, mohebbi all come from azadegan and be very successful in pgpl.
Hossein Nokhodkar, amirhossein Hosseinzadeh are interesting wing/attacking mid talents from saipa. 18 and 19 respectively. hosseinzadeh played a good number of games this year. Both light weights but fast and strong technically, could be ready to make step up in coming years. Rubin during berdyev era even invited nokhodkar to train with them when he was 16, such were his impressive performances in Granatkin memorial tournament in russia. Hosseinzadeh agreed a move to cordoba in segunda div in spain after strong u17 WC, but move fell through after he suffered really bad knee injury and was sidelined for a year. He is recovered fully now.
Arya Barzegar who is top scorer for u18 team, very similar style to azmoun at same age, lanky but good speed and leap. He is already in PP squad.
Lastly alireza monazami, 17 year old of zob ahan who has become regular this year and scored some goals. Very athletic strong frame and fast with good shooting ability.

I hope they won't let rasan become a Legionnaire. We have so many hardship to have new Legionnaire, our league shouldn't be a stepstone for foreigners (specially when their nt caused us so much trouble recently)
About torabi i doubt he will leave for euro but let's see

Our league is never going to be a stepping stone for foreign legionnaires because if most of them were already good enough for Europe they would go.
The only other way is if we had the amount of sheer marketing pull as MLS.
I think what needs to happen most is our clubs settle their debts. Bashar Resan is good but hes nothing that we can't replace with an Iranian and track record tells most Iraqi players dont last long in Europe.

seems like a stupid mentality. Resan is good but can replaced with young iranian talent. He has always been respectful and contributive to PP, and club can get a solid fee for him, no need to be vindictive towards him bc he is iraqi. Allowing him to leave will help PP, and open up a spot for a young domestic to hopefully shine.

Iranian clubs should be nothing else than developers of our national team : develop young players and sell them to euro club. Not the one that do this for others national team, one that can eliminate us from the next wc.
Also I can add PP didn't let taremi, alipour, beiro (and maybe others like torabi?) go to europe and make them waste precious years in their development in staying in the middle east.

It's racist though. How are we going to blame an individual/NT for our shortcomings? (We wouldn't like it done to us, so why do the opposite?)
^ Also it was Espanyol the ones who were interested. If PP don't sell for transfer fee, the players would just leave on a free and thus no funds would be gained.

No, the model should be Croatia. Their league is pretty average for euro standards but feed the best clubs of the world with ton of croatian players. Their legionnaires and NT are world class
