Idk if I believe that tbh. Trabzonspor would be playing themselves considering he’s still getting his salary and his contract is ending next summer so if they don’t sell him, they lose out on some good profit

Untrue. There were other reasons only to be known between him and the club that he made that tackle in that game. I'm not going to say what it is but they aren't punishing him for that red card.
