    ^^These are all speculations!

I think the former chairman of Östersund is a big liar and full of cra*!

I find it hard to believe that explanation from Kindberg, a man who has no good reputation.
Also find it hard that Saman signed a contract in Spanish without knowing what he was signing, this also sounds dodgy and If he did then Huesca would be in trouble for saying he was signing a medical examination when it was a contract.
Plus this is allaying that a fee was agreed , Saman as a player doesn’t set how much money he will be transferred for. That is an agreement between clubs.

Kindberg is an idiot and he’s throwing someone under the bus who signed a contract extension so the club would get more money when they sold him and helped in getting the club from obscurity into the limelight, one of the main reasons for their European success.

Saman is only guilty in putting too much trust in these criminals who have used this against him.

Clearly the club management has majority (if not full) responsibility in such transfers, not the player.
you dont get bigger than the likes of Neymar.
see how he's getting the shaft by PSG. if it was HIS decision, he'd have left for Barca months ago.
Now, imagine how much control some little known player from Iran has!!!!

a half decent lawyer can easily blow this case against Saman out the water.
Saman needs to get some sound advice and save himself from further damage

Exactly, and he should not rely on the lawyer of his former club. Fraudulent leadership usually gets shady attorneys on their side who in all likelihood do everything to blame it on Saman. They will also tell him that they will defend him while planning to throw him under the bus so that he does not pursue his own independent counsel. Saman needs a solid attorney with integrity (for pessimists out there, yes there are many lawyers like that).

If any of you out there know a good lawyer who has experience, integrity and proven success record with FIFA/CAS regulations REPRESENTING PLAYERS, please speak up. Perhaps he should talk to ARJ and see if he recommends a good one. At least ARJ landed a solid contract with Brighton and with all his moves have never had any issues.

          Go Saman!

Guys with all due respect but there is a reason these guys are footballers and not doctors, engineers or lawyers...

This story sounds like the courts need to evaluate and get Saman off the hook. IF they tricked him into signing a contract, then that highly immoral and possibly illegal (?) im not an expert....

but even then what kind of an idiot just signs a piece of paper in another language???? you dont need to be lawyer or college graduate to know these simple things. IF someone said jump off a bridge you're just gonna do it?

But that is only if you take Kindberg’s word on what happened and he certainly is not of good character.

thats what im saying it needs to be evaluated better (unless its true, then Saman is really dumb, i wouldnt feel bad for him)

                    This is my take:

                    Fact: Ostersund is nearly bankrupt
Fact: Kindberg, its chairman, is accused of stealing millions.
Fact: Saman's agent is a good friend of Kindberg
Fact: Saman had re-signed a contract with Ostersund so that the club could earn money from an impending transfer.
Fact: Saman signed a contract with Huesca himself, with no agent.

Educated guess: Ostersund was desparate to sell Saman to the highest bidder. Saman had already indicated he wanted to go.
Speculation: Saman was getting worried and tired, as the transfer season was running late and still no transfer. Perhaps worried he might be sold to a shitty league for lots of money. He decides to take matters into his own hands and force the issue. Gets permission to visit the Huesca and while there, signs a contract. Gets back to Sweden, and Kindberg blows up. Probably a higher bid from France had come in and Kindberg needed every penny. Convinces Saman that he will support him when shit hits the fan (or threatens him for breach of contract etc), sells the player, collect the money and decides to deal with whatever may come in the future.

                        sensible conclusions..!
The Bold explains his absolutely retarded decision to Extend with Ostersund, in the summer when he was destined for a big club move and being a free agent woulda made him a far more attractive option to all his admiring clubs, and coulda well negotiated him far richer personal pay packages with the suitor clubs knowing they wouldn't have to pay a transfer fee..!
it seems to me as Saman's supposed agent was Reppin his buddy Kindberg's interest$$ far more than Samaan's..!
the fact that Saman takes the trip to Huesca signing with his brother rather than his agent is also highly suggestive that Saman also feared same and felt that he was duped by his agent into Extending his contract under false ensuing transfer promises that werent materializing late into the transfer window..!
if this douchebag agent as you claim is a close buddy of Kindburg then it wouldnt surprise me if later he becomes implicated along with Kindburg in other scandalou$ swindling of public fund$ for the benefit of the club..!?
                        Ps
Kindburg version of the transfer debacle storyline is absolutely ludicrous and unbelievable..! one look at the Huesca signing pics of Saman with him smiling while holding their club shirt...!and no sane person/judge would believe he was duped into signing of contract while thinking it was a permission to perform medical..!
one thing is for certain, if he hasnt already, Saman must hire a formidable personal lawyer specializing in such sports related contractual matters, to tackle this issue and sort this whole mess out for him .!!
with so much money on the line, he'd be an absolute fool to trust and allow the same scandalous agent pursue this seriou$ legal matter with fifa..!

Kindberg is testifying tomorrow (Monday) in his own trial. He has promised that the whole care is just a misunderstanding and will explain it all tomorrow. Perhaps we will hear some issues related to Saman under oath.

But what is really troubling for me is if Kindberg is found guilty, Ostersund dropped from the top league (which the Guardian article says will happen) and the club decides not to appeal the Huesca decision to CAS. If the are dropped, the Fifa transfer ban is moot because they'd be selling players and not buying. With the extreme financial troubles, they might think it's not worth their trouble Then Saman will have no club backing, his signature on two contracts and facing.a 4M Euro fine which looks increasingly like it's on the player himself.

Saman had a post on Instagram 2 days ago about his birthday and didnt seem like anything was wrong. Maybe this whole thing is still not official?

I hope Saman acts wisely and gets his own attorney to present his case.

                                Go Saman!
