Enough with the salty comments from everyone...Originally posted by BHAFC View PostI was just wondering if any of the “all the Brighton players clearly hate Ali J because they’re jealous of him” brigade would like to watch this video and tell me which of the clearly delighted players who seem genuinely over the moon for him secretly hate him?
Great start for Brighton! Jahanbakhsh opens his account for the club with a fine driven finish and is clearly moved after breaking his duck. 📺 Watch on Sky Sports Premier League 📱 Follow #BHABOU here: https://t.co/WGyQdlqrOD 📲 Download the @SkySports app!
Cheers.
It’s a happy day for both Alireza fans and Brighton fans, and an even happier day for fans of both.
I know there have been sly comments today from those who sit on only one side - but let’s just celebrate today’s success! We haven’t had much to celebrate in a while. We are currently witnessing a revolution in Iranian football. Team Melli has never been stronger than it is today, and we will only get better.

The Jealousy factor did not play a part today because the upfront 4 today consisted of Ali and 3 players who were not there when Ali joined the club. Hence why Ali even got touches today.Originally posted by BHAFC View PostI was just wondering if any of the “all the Brighton players clearly hate Ali J because they’re jealous of him” brigade would like to watch this video and tell me which of the clearly delighted players who seem genuinely over the moon for him secretly hate him?

Good or bad, it is absolutely obvious that under Potter the team shares the ball. Therefore more touches for everyone including JB. I do think that last year there were situations where players on the pitch froze JB. There was only one instance today where I thought a pass should have been played to him that wasn’t. Mooy had the ball in the box with 3 defenders on him and could have easily laid it off to JB for a clear shot. I don’t make too much of that scenario, I chalk it up to him wanting to be more aggressive.

Good outing for AJB and good win for BHA.....
But before y'all get ahead of yourselves, a few things....
a- This was a game that BHAFC is expected to win. A game against another bottom dweller at home, is a must win if they have any expectation to not relegate.
b- AJB scored early, which was good for his confidence as well as BHA. A possession game works much better when ahead.
c- Bournemouth seemed out of gas for the entire second half. I am not sure how deep their team is and how many of them played on Thursday. They (Bournemouth) looked like they were really struggling physically.
d- BHAFC still does not use the full width of the field, although they were a bit better this game, particularly in the second half, partly due to Bournemouth showing fatigue.
This game fundamentally changes nothing. BHAFC still tries to play a game for which they do not have the personnel for. They try to play a bargain version of Barcelona game, but they do not have a mid-field and forward line which can break down defenses. Possession helps if you are ahead, not when chasing the game.
Barring any good winter signings, their situation will not improve drastically.
I hope I am wrong if AJB gets any decent, meaningful minutes.Sign this petition to show opposition to US/UK support for the Rajavi/MKO cult

ZENITH would destroy this BHAFC. But we will never find out, since ZENITH makes it to Champion's league regularly and BHAFC NEVER HAS and probably never will. Though BHAFC may put together more passes, they will get owned by ZENITH.Originally posted by The View PostYou can laugh all you want, but Brighton plays the best quality football out of every team an Iranian plays for. I understand a lot of Iranians have some weird grudge against Brighton, but they are objectively a decent team. There's a reason Brighton's quality gets praise from commentators.
Gent would be the only one close. Zenit is boring, plays in joke league, and couldn't get out of the easiest group in the CL.Sign this petition to show opposition to US/UK support for the Rajavi/MKO cult
