I remember this one from 1988. The arab player ran in the box before the kick was taken and thus it had to be retaken. Watching the footage there are at least 2 additional arab players in the box with the one who took the shot.
The more controvertial talking point for this game was Iran's disallowed goal for which the ref gave no explanation other than the obviou$.
