Every year clubs in Iran are at risk of point deduction and financial penalty because they can barely pay salaries. I won't be surprised if the same thing happens again.

1) Your list :

- Mahdavikia is already training Kia Academy,
- Hashemian is learning his job in Germany and as Wilmot's assistant
- Chamanian is already training U17 or something
- Zandi : I didn't even know he was coaching and don't know his level.

That's not a long list. And as you can see we can't even find a descent domestic coach for our olympic team, let alone IPL teams' academies!

2) Of course it is better to have better planning and facilities. But IMO it is not the most important. African countries like Senegal or Ivory Coast doesn't have better facilities than Iran but can produce world class players left and right. For me, the main problem of iranian football is its lack of interaction with the outside world, particularly with Europe. We won't go far alone. We need :

- more legionnaire & in better euro leagues
- more friendlies with better euro NT & clubs
- more respectable coaches for iran NT and clubs
- better foreigners in our league.

Again, the coaches who work at academies are not famous. They're no names, but they have good education and they want to work in youth academies to show themselves.
The economic side of football won't be opened to Iran until the sanctions are gone anyways.
If we develop our youth (the same way volleyball did) we can basically have a continuous in-stream of talented players. Play good football, you'll get noticed and more importantly - get respect.
