Ladies and Gentlemen we are 50 days away from Iran's next game.

Based on what I read in new agencies/media which obviously does not mean everything is true:

Daei: Some people in IFF and some people above IFF such as Vezarat Varzesh are against his appointment.

Golmohammadi: After Calderon left Perspolis, the people above federation put pressure on Padideh to give consent for Golmohammadi departure to Perspolis because they wanted to keep Perspolis fans satisfied.

Ghalenoei: It seems that Sepahan will never give their consent for GN departure to TM.

Based on above rumors from news agencies/media, Hashemian is the only option along with Faraki. Note that Skocic left Naft Abadan due to personal reasons which may relate to family. So if everything stays like this, Hashemian and Faraki who resigned from Paykan recdently are the only options.

Hashemian is still a vastly inexperienced and unproven head coaching candidates and badly lacks in spirited leadership and charismatic personality department too..!! so he'd be a terrible choice imho..!! as SM suggested he needs to take over Omid team and get some valuable experience under his belt and work his way up from there if successful enough..!

How about Vahid Hashemian as headcoach and two good assistants next to him like a foreign assistant manager along with a decent Iranian assistant coach like Ali karimi? What do you think?

This is what Khodadad Azizi recommended if they do not reach agreement with Daei and GN. He said Klinsmann, Zidane, and Lampard did not have almost any experience before taking over Germany, Real Madrid, and Chelsea but they picked experienced and strong assistant managers same as current Esteghlal and Padideh head coaches. Hashemian speaks German fluently and he has the highest coaching degree. He was also one of the legandary players in Iran football history. This was his recommendation and here is the link:

sounds like a clusterfuck. You think Ali Karimi (who I love truly) is going to work as an assistant in a respectful manner? Based on what indication? What indication has he given that is a good coach also?

Azizi is just an idiot coach wanna be who tries desperately to say he counts too. Ali Karimi is not even close to becoming a "toop jam kon", let alone an assistant coach. Hashemian needs to work as a coach for at least a decade to become eligible for TM job.

Klinsmann, Zidane and company were playing in top teams in the world all their lives and then took on fully professional teams to coach. It's not even comparable to Iran and Hashemian.
