While I do think Napoli would be a much better move, I do agree that EPL teams are at an advantage with regards to transfer balances.

If Leicester offers 35 million euros for Azmoun, it'd be a no brainer for Zenit to accept the deal. Personally, I don't think Azmoun would fit West Ham at all, and Everton would be a stretch as well..

HOWEVER, I'm intrigued at the prospect of Azmoun playing alongside Jamie Vardy up top in a two striker system with Leicester. Vardy would play a similar role as Dmitry Poloz did with Azmoun during their time together at Rostov.

It does. But you are forgetting that Azmoun HIMSELF said he wanted to join an English team! Plus who's offer do you think Zenit is going to take, the one with lower amount or the one with highest? Azmoun is keen on joining Napoli with the context that he does not have any English offers, now that will change cause he clearly does.

lets face it, there is no indication that azmoun would prefer a move to west ham or leiciester as vardy's backup to napoli. None whatsoever.

And this leiciester interest you speak of is just one article from local paper. It is not a clear offer at all so im not sure what makes you say that.

just a a year ago azmoun had the opportunity to push for a transfer to wolves, very similar level team to leicester (with better coach in my opinion) with the same setup of being backup to a well peforming striker, jimenez. He and his entourage, berdyev, etc all decided the better move for him was zenit and they have been proven correct about that.

The article started from Napoli article actually that English teams joined the bidding race... And just last year or so Azmoun was keen to join Wolves, so clearly he doesn't have a distaste in the EPL.

there are different levels of interest. For now it is clear napolis is the most serious. Nobody has even submitted an official offer yet. But if you want to analyze objectively, napoli have a need for starting CF which the other teams mentioned do not.

Oh I agree , something wrong at the club at the core (the owners) and there always seems to be a lot of injuries. They do have some amazing playmakers though , Felipe Anderson, Lanzini and Yarmolenko on their day are brilliant.

Sorry also include Snodgrass and Antonio in players who can set up chances. The club should never have left Upton Park.

Various different things , the new stadium has never worked out and the fans don’t like it there and has led to no atmosphere. Problems with the owners and there relationship with the fans, this has led down to the team. Constant change of managers, Moyes is just a stop gap again and will be gone soon.
Plus there has always been an aura of expectation around the team and they can never live up to it .

As a die-hard Hammer and to an extent sufferer season in season out, I would of course love to have him at the London Stadium. Having said that I share concerns over West Ham’s management above and at pitch-level, injury records and the much-despised stadium.

In terms of style and calibre of player and certainly tactics under Moyes, Sardar would Just fit in perfectly - he would receive lots of crosses and some through balls too. No doubt about quality in the side which will be further boosted in the summer.

First thing to deal with is a small issue of relegation this Summer!! We are comfortable that there’s enough in the tank to finish mid-table come whenever season ends?

Wow I can’t read the whole story as you have to be a member but Sardar has got into horse racing , he has brought a horse for half a million. Great breed to it , son of Frankel and being trained by a top trainer.
