It's never bad to have more options.
I agree but at the same time disagree. The more time a coach has to adjust and get to know the players etc, the better.

Better however to get a quality coach in the summer than doing a desperate signing straight away.

Feel for our TM players, always in limbo, and we wonder why we never reach the next level.

I doubt our TM players are thinking about TM at the moment. There isn't any significant TM games for some time and most are concerned about their club situations in which they should be.

As far as TM players playing abroad in Europe, mostly everyone besides Ghoddos and right now Sardar is having a poor season.

Yes, maybe not a priority at the moment but pretty sure they're dreading the announcement.

A strong, visible TM, with a respected coach is a must if our players want international recognition, playing with the best teams is also a great confidence booster.

If they get a clown, it's the downhill path once again...

When the new regime comes in most of these players will be gone.

There ain't no Saint Carlos to protect his favorite players.

Again, you bring up Queiroz, that's a hat-trick over last 2 days (Azmoun thread, Zarif thread and this).

                  Anyway...

Do you mean Mirzapour playing non-stop for years, without any replacement when he was very weak, and getting 71 caps? Or do you mean someone who didn't stick with dross and tried out many different keepers and not settling until the right international keeper was found

Or do you mean someone who stuck with likes of Kameli Mofrad, Badavi, Alavi etc... when there were so many more talented players available. Or brought back Khatibi. Or kept an increasingly immobile 36 year old player for 90 minutes each game and pushing the performing bundesliga striker to the wing to accommodate him. Or stuck with starting a left-winger who had lost form 3 years prior and was gaining weight and losing skill noticeably game-by-game.

You are either very young, have memory issues or in an absolute Red-tinged dreamworld. Queiroz had his "lieutenants" to translate his ideas on the pitch, and I disagreed with how he used Shojaei, Ansarifard, but it was a different world to previous coaches who stuck with dross and ageing players for years. Even his most hardest Persepolis social media-brainwashed critic can't say that he stuck with favoured players anywhere near as much as his predecessors, but you did. Well done, that takes some balls to BS like that. Jacob Wohl-tier BS.

                  Wake up. Wake up FFS.

And there lies the problem, time and energy were invested in this current TM.
A wise coach, a mature IFF should not go for drastic regime change just because they can.

CQ's favorite players kept this team together.

                              They should contact Alexander Nouri
He is Iranian and a young coach who coached in the Bundesliga

Be realistic, this would never happen.
