Honestly I'd be happy with him just for the simple fact that he's not Branko or a domestic coach.

He did a decent job with Saudi, remember Saudi was a really struggling team and he qualified them for WC. Did a good job with Holland as well.Originally posted by naderb94 View PostI don't know if I will like BvM. His record at Dortmund, Australia were terrible. I feel like he's an outdated coach.
We need to wait and try to lure Herve Renard.

Rumor is Bert van Marwijk is close to sing a 4 years deal with IFF. If it is true is a decent choice, he coached three national teams including reputed Dutch but he has the tendency of leaving country if a conflict occurs, anyway we probably will never find anyone like CQ who can resist and fight with Iranian football BSs.

Here's his post from when he was at the stadium: https://www.instagram.com/p/BtN2j_KgQF7/Originally posted by Damavand View PostSomething tells me it will be Renard. Him sitting so close to Taj during the Japan game cannot be a coincidence.

BVM would not come to Iran.
He was offered the South Korea job but didn't take it because he wants to stay in Holland and only travel during games.
He's also very expensive and doesn't handle arguments well.
Not to mention he also plays conservative football. Even worse than CQ.

I was thinking about Nelo Vingada and became fearful at the thought of Taj reaching out to him. Because he’s familiar with Iran, with Asia, and will continue the progress left by Carlos. Probably call back Aghajanian to take the assistant coaching position. Maybe it wouldn’t be a bad idea. But I’m still for signing a top manager who’s had at least 1-2 World Cups under his belt.

I think he’s good enough but can we afford him? Will he be satisfied with how bad they’ll treat him? Also it’ll be sort of weird since he’s coached Saudi Arabia. But he does have knowledge of all of our possible 2022 WCQ’ing opponents.Originally posted by PersianBoy9 View PostYou guys think Van Marwik is good enough to coach us with all the bullshit thats going on? https://en.mehrnews.com/news/142199/...ueiroz-in-Team

you need to relax, just because he played in europe and was assistant coach for like 1 year dont make him a candidate for tm temporary jobOriginally posted by DireStraits View PostIt is not a bad idea if we start with someone like Nikonam to be our temporary coach til we we get an international coach. He has worked with CQ as a player and assistant coach. A good coach
will be available but we should not hurry.
