not good at all, if we think about the continent, including our own future. as a whole we have improved, other than Saudis being Saudis in the world cup that is we all did well in the world cup but still are behind.

The gap has narrowed though, so at least that's good. Uzbekistan is coming up, and I guess now Vietnam, India?, Jordan? and Qatar International

The countries listed just don't have the footballing pedigree to sustain themselves. Jury is out on India but the rest remind me of Kuwait in the 1970 or more recently Bahrain of the early 2000s...they will have flashes but nothing consistent due to generational gaps and football not being as popular in those as some other sports.
