The group stage we will win with big numbers against Yemen and Vietnam and we must easy reach The Final, come on guys we played better than Spain and Portugal! In the World Cup but we where not lucky at all

Iran chances are pretty high, but we need to approach this tournament one game at a time. There are many scenarios that can impact the outcome of groups and how later stages form. Our biggest goal at the moment should be to top the group. That guarantees the easiest path to to the Semis. Otherwise, we would have to do it slightly the hard way where elements of luck and referee may be more impacting final result. Beating Yemen, Vietnum and Iraq should not be a hard task for Asia #1. I have no doubt that the first two have already wet their pants thinking to face Iran. Iraq does have a bit of a chip on it's shoulders when facing Iran for historil reason but Iran would need to approach this game as though they are facing Spain. Cool, calm and composed. In fact that is perhaps the biggest coaching our players need to get result.

I am somewhat confident we will reach the semifinals. However we all know how this stage works. What slip up and a silly mistake and then you may lose your 90+ of dominance and great football. So yeah all 4 teams reaching this far have already proven to have been worthy of such birth, and to some extent of almost same caliber. So it's pretty much a toss up between all 4 teams. Some luck factor, some astute coaching and game plans etc.

I heard from my own ears in an interview with varzesh3 , CQ said he wanted 6-7 friendlies
by the start of the AC which he got.

He wanted great soccer pitch to train on that he gfinaly got.

He wanted a 3 week camp in UAE before the AC and he he got it, the Aspire camp
in Doha , Qatar which is the best soccer camp in entire planet according to all football experts.

There are absoluetly no excuses for TM not to reach the finals of AC.

time to prove to the world that , this actually means something , that we are really the best
team in this continent ????

Iran will win it all beating Korea in the finals, our semi final match (against either Japan or Australia) will be the only match that will make us sweat a bit every other match will be a piece of cake IMO.
