Belgium is the 9th.

Yes, I forgot that Pedram's gut feeling is more reliable than UEFA's point system based on the performance of clubs in the past 5 years.
(Do note that usually the Dutch league is quite a bit stronger than the Belgian, but if you don't perform you can't blame the rankings.)Comment
