He doesn't need to develop in Iran. He needs to take the pay cut and join a lower ranked team. No doubt within couple of season he will get to where he wants to be just like ARJ but it takes the right type of commitment that I'm not sure this kid has in him.

This is what happens when the teams are controlled by bunch of "AGHAB OFTADE" They don't understand that if a product of your development program makes a name for himself on the big stage, it would increase the price on your product. In other words they prefer a big piece of a small pie over a small piece of a big pie or even huge pie. They should be able to produce a player like Delfi every year and sell them to Europe and keep it moving like a factory. We have that good raw material in our country we should be pumping it like Brazil. Our league should be 80% players from the age of 18-23 and try to move the players within that age base. It's so sad how these morons don't know how to maximize given opportunities.

This one is even more funny tho, you don't think PSV would inform about Delfi's transfer fee before getting in to all that trouble of bringing him over here for a trail etc etc, just to turn him down the same day?

Anyways I really was hoping PSV would sign him, but as soon as I understood it's gonna be a trial, I made sure not to get my hopes high as the big majority of those end up in nothing (or in some cases another trial).

There are also so many high profile players righ now in europe who at some point got turned down by a big club and then got picked up by another one. People shouldn't make a big deal out of it and read so much into it..

Our player don't start from the same line and face much more hurdles (Iran political and sport bad reputation, leagues that aren't really covered or scouted, non EU players quota, etc..)
