europe even turkey is more professional than iran. Im not aware of how much players earn in iran but i dont think players earn more than a million USD especially not alireza beiranvand. If we would joun BJK we would probably get around 800k USD i would assume plus some extra for wins etc. Its just easier if you play in europe cuz doors are open to better clubs in europe to get transfered to better legaues with better teams that pay u more. I think its beneficial in many ways. Players improve abroad under better conditions and competitions and also can put themselves easier into the spotlight for bigger clubs

majid hosseini will earn minimum 5 times as much in trabzon than he did in esteghlal. beiranvand would earn minimum 2-3 times as much in besiktas even if he would sign a low salary contract

Yeah, cause they're used to living in Iran. Also, before the price of the rial plummeted so low, some players in the Iranian league actually got paid more than they would have in European teams. They also worked less harder, as the league wasn't as challenging. In other words, it was either short term easy money, or long term improvement with potential of much greater money. Most Iranian players unfortunately, choose the short term path, or just cash out in Persian Gulf leagues like Kuwait or Qatar. But now that the rial has plummeted so low, even a low European wage would be more beneficial to the player, so we'll probably see more players go to Europe for the time being at least
