    Im not too sure he goes either. But in this case, I am wont be too down if he doesnt go, given his specific situation and position as a GK, The world cup alone will give him the confidence to continue putting in excellent performances for club, but more importantly for country, and thats what matters.

                  He can just say, ‘thank you, much appreciated’. Don’t think he is obliged to say it is my desire to meet him unless he really does desire to meet with him.

                    You are right, he could have said something like that, but if you have seen IR reporters and the way they question people, it is not that easy.

                    I am not trying to justify it, but they might have asked him would you like to see rahbar? or something like that... It is very easy for us who are outside Iran to judge him.
