If you want to achieve a somewhat comparable percentage you have to calculate the ratio of the opponents average ranking in proportion to yours. Simply if one coach plays 4 games against Brazil, Argentina, France and Germany, and the other plays against the Maldives and the co - then comparing the win % between the two coaches is useless. Unfortunately FIFA ranking can't be used either as team rankings fluctuate seasonally depending on their tournament participation (for example, the Syria team that made the WC qualification playoff in 2018 was a better team but had an average ranking of 132, and the Syria that ended in the bottom of the table in 2022 was ranked 88)


As for your assessment that a 60% ratio and 0 Asian cups achievement is not hard to beat, then why haven't we won the cup in 46 years? Why no other coaches managed to get 4 points at the world cup? Why is that prior to CQ only 3 coaches qualifies us to the world cup? Yes I know this but its saudi arabia! They fire coaches within days of signing. They renewed his contract untill 2027 but the fans are not happy with him. He is in exactly the same situation as skocic is right now.
