This game was a wake up pill for me personally, I understand this is a test game and we are still gelling. But today's performance was no short of anyone's Sunday league, walking pace from national team players? I can say only Golizadeh played on and off the ball to open up space. Torabi just used his jets but he needs to find his brain and play and the ball sooner.
I can't believe some of these players are considered WC level. I hope we learned what we needed today and see a WC level game form Turkey and Greece.

I agree. I was shocked by what I have seen today, our bench players are not even remotely good enough to battle against Morocco, let alone Spain and Portugal. They had a hard time scoring goals on Uzbekistan U-23 for gods sake.Originally posted by arvin_guzoo View PostThis game was a wake up pill for me personally, I understand this is a test game and we are still gelling. The thing I am worried about is that we are going to rely on probably a group of 11, max 13/14 players who will play most of our World Cup games since there is not better alternative. And that might be fatal because of fatigue. I'd be very stressed if I was CQ with our lack of depth

well he sure as shitt aint the best of man-markers and not too comfortable on the back foot...!! but at least for a domestic player, he has a heads-up approach to the game and admirable vision and poise in possession ..! he could well make the WC, as a DM/CM option in leu of sever shortage..! (sorta like Haghighi did for WC 14, he was a similar sorta of a MFdr/footballer)Originally posted by Tehranto View PostThen why did he take off Chesmhi
how old is this guy anyways..? if he spend a couple of seasons in Europe he could develop into a good MFdr for us, if not already aged out..?
