              lol
now even our gang coach of the two rookie goozooz seem to be having it for each other..... !! i dont believe there is any clearer sign that they both need to be shitt-canned (at
a very least one or other...!!) immediately in order to save us from imminent absolute embarrassing results at group stage..!!
at this point a complete change of environment at U23 camp is whats needed to at a very least motivate our players to give their at most and surprise us as usual with positive results when our backs are against the wall and expectations are low..!

Farhad has A license from UAE but does not have Pro licence which is required for him to be head coach for AFC U23 games in January.
He has registered to attence required course to obtain Pro licence in March 2020.

I've been waiting for Japan to push through to the next level but they just can't do it.
There were really big hopes for them in 2014, but they completely fell apart.

Technically the Japanese are the best in Asia and are constantly improving. However physically they are still lacking in comparison to the world standards. Genetics is not on their side.

Genetics has nothing to do with it. Mexican players are smaller/shorter than their US and Canadian counterparts, but they dominate CONCACAF. West African players are typical taller, but don't dominate over their North African counterparts. It's all about identifying talent, developing players, and creating a winning psychology. That's it.

Jurgen Klinsmann was praising Japan's physical ability (stamina, speed and quickness) during the 2018 World Cup. They have their strong points.

As an athletics fan, I think Japanese are the second most
successful group in the 100 metres sprint after people of West African descent. Their 100 metres relay team won 2 medals in the last 3 Olympics.
